The program includes passes to six local museums and attractions at this time
The Free Public Library of Monroe Library is now offering residents the opportunity to sign out museum passes.
According to the library’s Facebook page, the museum pass program is part of its mission to provide educational, professional, cultural and recreational information and services.
The program is funded through generous donations made by the Friends of the Free Public Library of Monroe Township for the purchase of museum passes for the benefit of Monroe Township library card-holders.
Museums included in the program are the Academy of Natural Sciences, Battleship New Jersey, Garden State Discovery Museum, Grounds for Sculpture, Independence Seaport Museum and the Wheaton Arts & Cultural Center.
