Stretch of Laurel Road will be closed through Feb. 26

The Gloucester Township Police Department has posted advisories regarding route detours.

The following information is from the Gloucester Township Police Department:

For approximately six weeks, Laurel Road will be closed between Chews Landing Road and Warwick Road. During this time, the road will be impassable.

Below are the detour routes that will be in effective through Feb. 26.

Northbound on Laurel Road (CR 673) —

  • Turn right on Chews Landing Road (CR 683)
  • Turn left on W. Park Avenue (CR 696)
  • Turn left on E. Atlantic Avenue (CR 727)
  • Turn right Laurel Road (CR 673)Southbound on Laurel Road (CR 673)
  • Turn left on E. Atlantic Avenue (CR 727)
  • Turn right on W. Park Avenue (CR 696)
  • Turn right on Chews Landing Road (CR 683)
  • Turn left on Laurel Road (CR 673) Atlantic Avenue (CR 727) is open in both directions.
