Charles Borrelli, 55, of Voorhees, was charged after detectives from the High-Tech Crimes Unit (HTCU) of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office executed a search warrant for his residence on Rollingwood Drive in Voorhees. An onsite preview of digital media devices found in the home resulted in Borelli being charged with third degree Possession of Child Pornography. Borrelli was also charged with one count of Prostitution and Related Offenses, a Disorderly Persons offense for paying women to engage in sexual acts.

Detectives located numerous digital devices which were seized from the home and sent to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office’s HTCU Forensic lab to be analyzed.

Borrelli, owner of Dynamic Sights web design, was arrested at his residence without incident, processed at Voorhees Police Department and later released on a summons.

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office HTCU Detectives were assisted on this case by members of Homeland Security Investigations — Cherry Hill Division, the Runnemede Police Department, the Voorhees Police Department and the Tactical Team consisting of officers from Pine Hill, Waterford, Berlin, Berlin Borough and Voorhees Townships.

All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
