Garden Club of Marlton set to host first meeting of new year on Jan. 11

The program will begin that day at 12:45 p.m. at the Gibson House Community Center.

The Garden Club of Marlton is set to host its first meeting of new year on Jan. 11 at 12:45 p.m. at the Gibson House Community Center, 535 E. Main St.

The program for the meeting will focus on the historical background of the dulcimer and folk songs, along with a dulcimer performance featuring flower and garden themed music.

The program will be presented by Janet Friedman, president of the Greater Pinelands Dulcimer Society, along with several musicians.
