Medford police respond to report of theft at 211 Tuckerton Rd.
On November 25th 2017, Medford Police responded to the Wawa at 211 Tuckerton Road for a report of a male peering into the windows of vehicles. Upon patrols arrival, the suspect, Robert Serio, was still on location. A Wawa employee stated that he witnessed Serio enter an employee’s vehicle and steal cigarettes out of it. When confronted by the employee he attempted to walk away from the scene, but was stopped by a customer who also witnessed the incident. Serio was also previously banned by the business from being on the property. Serio was placed under arrest and was charged with Burglary, Theft, and Defiant Trespass. Serio was lodged in the Burlington County Jail where he awaits appearance in court.
