Senior vice president Kevin Burns of Markeim Chalmers represented the seller of 409 Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. Set along a heavily traveled and highly sought after Route 70 corridor, the 22,000 square foot office building is currently home to Keller Williams Realty Inc.
Cherry Hill Medical Equities purchased the building from Becca Inc. for $2.8 million. The sale closed on Oct. 13. The new investor plans to fill the remaining vacant space in the building.
