Young Burlington County residents learn valuable lessons from football professionals

More than 100 young community members joined the annual AssuredPartners/AJM Insurance Mt. Laurel Youth Football & Cheer Clinic on Oct. 8.

More than 100 young community members joined the annual AssuredPartners/AJM Insurance Mt. Laurel Youth Football & Cheer Clinic on Oct. 8. at Memorial Park in Mt. Laurel.

According to Jason Gola, president of the Mt. Laurel Youth Football & Cheer Organization, since these youth football and cheer clinics started four years ago, more than 400 young members of the Mt. Laurel youth have participated in this event.

Gola said participants have learned new skill sets from the world champion Philadelphia SOUL football players and cheerleaders thanks to the generosity of Tony Mahon and AssuredPartners/AJM Insurance of Mt. Laurel.

Mahon said he was proud to be able to support the youth and families of the communities that his organization serves.

Since Mahon created the clinics in 2012, more than 2,000 youth from such towns as Hammonton, Florence, Lawrenceville, Moorestown, and Cinnaminson have participated in these free events.
