Raines Dental kicks off month-long anniversary celebration with Pink Wednesdays

Pink Wednesdays benefit the fight against breast cancer

Raines Dental LLC, a full service practice providing comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry in Mullica Hill, kicks off October and its second anniversary with Pink Wednesdays in honor of breast cancer awareness month. The celebration will culminate with an Open House to thank patients, staff and the community on Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Pink Wednesdays is a month-long effort to fight breast cancer. Throughout the month of October, for patients who schedule a non-preventative dental appointment on a Wednesday, Raines Dental will donate a portion of the fee to benefit Young Survival Coalition. The practice is also encouraging patients to support and share in this effort to help young women diagnosed with breast cancer accepting donations at the office every day of the week. Those who contribute will be recognized with a pink tooth and entered into an anniversary celebration raffle supported by other local businesses, including Sweetsboro Pastry Shoppe, Mullica Hill Floral Company, Village Bagel, Heritage Vineyards and others.

Raines Dental will host the Open House event onsite at 4 Burton Lane, Suite 200 in Mullica Hill. Open to the public, guests will enjoy wine and light hors d’oeuvres while visiting with the Dr. Jason Raines, meeting staff and touring the facility’s technology, including the latest in digital impressions.

“We’ve made an exciting commitment to become YSC Champions,” Raines, practice owner, said. The money we raise will go to support Young Survival Coalition, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and educating the more than 13,000 young women 40 and under who are diagnosed with breast cancer each year.”

Pink Wednesdays is the most recent effort Raines has implemented or supported to help those in need. Other programs have included Access to Care as an Albert Schweitzer Fellow, Give Kids a Smile and Dentistry From the Heart.

“There is nothing more rewarding than giving back,” Raines said.
