The community can choose their favorite decorated scarecrows through Oct. 20.
The second annual Scarecrows on the Pike kicks off with official judging on Saturday. People’s choice judging will take place through Oct. 20. People’s choice ballots are available at the Borough Hall.
All entries will be on display along the White Horse Pike in downtown Berlin through Nov. 7.
