Long-time South Jersey resident David Gelman is opening his own firm, Gelman Law LLC.

David Gelman, former Burlington Assistant County Prosecutor and long-time resident of South Jersey, is opening a new firm, Gelman Law, LLC. Located in Cherry Hill, the emerging practice will provide service, advice and representation in the areas of criminal, municipal and business law. This includes matters of DWI, expungements, business transactions and all forms of litigation.

Prior to branching out on his own, Gelman spent five years in the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office. In this position, he expanded his knowledge, gained valuable experience and developed strong professional relations with peers and judges throughout the area. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is active in the legal community, which includes memberships with the Burlington County, Camden County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Most recently David joined the Camden County Bar Association Young Lawyer Committee to further the voice of young and recently admitted lawyers in the area as well as be part of CCBA’s public service arm.

Outside of work, Gelman enjoys playing golf and sports. He recently joined the Jewish Federation of South Jersey and continues his interest in mentoring youth, supporting the local Boys & Girls Club and other events.
