Come out and relax at this twice-a-month Yoga class!
On the first and third Wednesdays of the month, we host a highly popular chair yoga class with Kate Curran or Jill Croft who are both certified yoga instructors.
The class consists of a warm up and a work out leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated (or maybe a little tired).
This class starts at 6:30 p.m. at the library, and registration is required at http://www.bcls.lib.nj.us/calendar/chair-yoga-38.
