Comedy night using laughs to benefit foster children

On Friday, Nov. 3, CASA’s “Stand Up for a Child Night of Comedy” will raise funds to benefit children removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children of Mercer and Burlington Counties announced its “Stand Up for a Child Night of Comedy” on Friday evening, Nov. 3. CASA is a non-profit organization that trains volunteers, appointed by the Family Court, to speak up for children removed from their homes because of abuse and neglect.

This year’s event will take place at the Moorestown Community House and will feature the comedy of Joe DeVito and Mark Riccadonna. The night also includes dinner, signature cocktails and a live and silent auction. Tickets are $125 per person.
