Mullica Hill Branch Library hosts Make Your Own Pickles Aug. 14

Learn how to make your own sweet, delicious pickles with author Marisa McClellan

The Gloucester County Library System Mullica Hill Branch is calling all pickle lovers to attend Make Your Own Pickles on Aug. 14 at 6:30 p.m.

With the guidance of Marisa McClellan, author of “Naturally Sweet Food in Jars,” participants will learn how to safely and deliciously make their own pickles.

Techniques will be taught in pickling cucumbers quickly with tips on how to make longer lasting preserved dilly beans.

The Friends of the Gloucester County Library System are sponsors of the program, open to adults 18 and older.
