Members of the public are invited to join Lightbridge Academy of Mt. Laurel for a morning of fun on Aug. 12 during the academy’s Family Fun Day.
The day will feature a car seat safety check by the Burlington County Sheriff’s Department, a chance to meet Mt. Laurel Fire Department fire fighters and climb aboard a firetruck, a “parent and me” yoga class, face painting, crafts, playtime and refreshments.
Parents can also learn about the important development milestones for children age birth to five years, presented by Kirsti Heatter, a special education teacher and behavior specialist for the New Jersey Early Intervention Program.
Lightbridge Academy of Mt. Laurel is located at 4518 Church Road. The Family Fun Day event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon.
