Camp Lenape 2017 freshman transition camp set for Aug. 7 through Aug. 9

Incoming members of Lenape’s Class of 2021 are invited to learn about their new school. Registration is due Aug. 1 with a $25 fee.

All incoming members of the Lenape High School Class of 2021 are invited to attend the Camp Lenape 2017 freshman transition camp from Aug. 7 through Aug. 9.

According to officials with Lenape High School, Camp Lenape offers incoming students an “outstanding opportunity” to learn more about their new school, as well as learning more about themselves and their classmates.

Officials say Camp Lenape will focus on developing the academic, social and interpersonal skills that can lead to success at Lenape High School.

The camp will lead by experienced Lenape High School faculty and involved student leaders who will provide a “fun, entertaining, and activity-based approach” to the program.

Camp Lenape runs from Aug. 7 through Aug. 9 from 9 a.m. to noon at Lenape High School.

The camp has a $25 fee, with the school accepting cash or check.
