On Friday, July 7, a 28-year-old Moorestown man was arrested and charged with simple assault and violation of a court order due to a domestic situation. The man was remanded to the Burlington County Jail on warrants.

Also, on July 7, Perkins Restaurant on Rt. 38, reported the theft of a donation jar. Suspect was identified and returned the money, and Perkins declined to press charges. However, the suspect was wanted out of the state of Pa. The 51-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice. The Downingtown, Pa. man was remanded to the Burlington County Jail on a warrant.

On Sunday, July 9, a victim’s wallet was taken from unlocked vehicle parked in driveway on Fellowship Rd. The wallet was described as a Coach bifold valued at $300 containing several credit cards and ATM cards.
