Police say a victim observed a male masturbating between an executive campus on North Route 73 and North Cropwell Road on June 29.
The following information comes from the Evesham Township Police Department:
On June 29, at approximately 1:20 p.m., police say the male depicted in the composite sketch above was allegedly observed masturbating on a walking path between the Lake Executive Campus (401 N. Route 73) and North Cropwell Road in Marlton, by a female who was walking in the area on her lunch break.
Police say victim observed the male masturbating in front of a park bench.
After observing the female, police say the male began to walk towards the victim, who subsequently turned around and quickly walked away. The victim took out her cell phone to call for help and the suspect fled in the opposite direction.
Police say the suspect was later observed on surveillance footage running north on North Cropwell Road toward Greentree Road.
According to police, the female victim described the suspect as a male, around age 35 , with a medium build, approximately 6 feet tall, with brown hair in a crew cut type haircut. Police say the male was further described as having a tattoo on one of his forearms and a tattoo on one of his calves. Additionally, police say the suspect was wearing a grey shirt and black gym shorts and unknown colored sneakers.
