No athlete will be able to participate until all paperwork is completed and returned.
Athletic physicals for the 2017–2018 school year will be given on June 5, 6, 7, and 8 for boys, girls and all 8th graders. The exact time of physicals can be accessed at www.cinnaminson.com. Students going into 10th, 11th and 12th grade may pick up a physical packet in the athletic office. For incoming 9th graders, packets will be mailed home. The start of practice for football is Tuesday, August 8. All other fall sports start practice on Monday, August 14.
Please check the packet to find the date that has been assigned to each sport. All paperwork must be filled out and signed before the doctor will see your child. This is the only opportunity for your child to receive a physical for fall sports through the school doctor. No athlete will be able to participate until all paperwork is completed and returned.
