The Mt. Laurel Library will hold a screening of the film “Sully” on June 15 at 2 p.m. as part of the library’s movie matinee series.
According to a description provided by the library, the film showcases the story of Chesley Sullenberger, the American pilot who many hailed as a hero after landing his damaged plane on the Hudson River in early 2009.
During the event, all 155 passengers and crew survived.
The film stars Tom Hanks, and was directed by Clint Eastwood, with a runtime of 96 minutes and a rating of PG-13. No registration is required to attend this event.
