The Haddonfield Lions Club International received a proclamation from the Board of Commissioners.
The Haddonfield Lions Club was honored for its visible and active presence in the Haddonfield Community with a proclamation declaring April “Lions Club Sight Awareness.”
Members of the Haddonfield Lions Club support community organizations helping the visually impaired including the South Jersey Eye Center, Lions Eye Bank of the Delaware Valley, Best Work Industries for the Blind and the New Jersey Association of Blind Athletes. For that reason, the Haddonfield Board of Commissioners honored the Lions Club with the proclamation commending their fundraising efforts.
The proclamation asks that all Haddonfield residents join in recognizing and thanking the Haddonfield Lions for their contributions to the community.
