Cinnaminson Police Department to host Drug Take Back Day on April 29

April 29 is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

The Cinnaminson Police Department will be hosting a Drug Takeback Day on Saturday, April 29 from 10 a.m. — 2 p.m. April 29 is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

Residents can turn in unused or expired prescription medication to the department for safe disposal.

According to the Department of Justice, the Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a “safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse and medications.”
