On April 24, former soldier Carl Maurer will visit the Mt. Laurel Library to tell the story of his tour of duty in Vietnam from 1970 through 1971.
On April 24, former soldier Carl Maurer will visit the Mt. Laurel Library to to tell the story of his tour of duty in Vietnam from 1970 through 1971.
Maurer will recount his life as a 19-year-old Army artillery soldier and he will detail his encounters with people and places and things he had never imagined existed.
No registration is required for this event. This event is for those ages 18 and older.
The event will take place in meeting room No. 2 of the Mt. Laurel Library, 100 Walt Whitman Ave, on April 24, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
