Eleventh grader awarded Widener scholarship

The award acknowledges students who have stood up for what is right.

Angelica Johnson, an eleventh grade student at Palmyra High School, was selected to receive the Widener University High School Leadership Award.

The award is a $20,000 scholarship to Widener University over four years as an undergraduate. The award program recognizes high school students who have stood up for what is right, found a way to address a wrong or have made a difference in a significant way.
