Burlington County seniors and other low- and moderate-income persons can have their taxes done for free.
The AARP has a program in Burlington County for seniors so other low- and moderate-income persons will be able to have their 2016 taxes done for free by certified tax counselors.
The Volunteer Center of Burlington County is looking for volunteer tax counselors and client facilitators. Training is provided. There are 11 sites located around the county. The sites will be open through April 15.

Information on the location of the sites can be found on the AARP home page site, the Office On Aging and most county libraries.
One does not have to be a member of AARP or be a senior to utilize these services or to participate as a preparer.
