Meredith Hanamirian named MFS Upper School Director
Moorestown Friends School Director of College Counseling Meredith Hanamirian has been appointed the school’s Upper School Director (principal) effective July 1. Hanamirian was selected from a strong group of finalists, emerging from a comprehensive national search.
Egg Hunt Correction
Correction: There was an error in the Moorestown Sun’s print edition on Tuesday, March 14. In the paper it read that the 23rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by the Moorestown Business Association and Lenola Fire Company, will take place on Sunday, March 26 at the Jeff Young Field at 9 a.m. This is incorrect and was the information for last year’s event.
Council brings on two co-deputy managers
Approximately two months after Moorestown Township Manager Scott Carew unexpectedly resigned, Town Council has hired two co-deputy managers to help fill the role. The newly hired members of staff, Jack Terry and George Haeuber, began serving the township in early March.

The Township of Moorestown, Department of Parks and Recreation will lease banner space yearly to the Moorestown youth athletic clubs and groups.
Council opened to discussion at proposed Town Hall meeting
Moorestown resident Michael Babcock referenced the ongoing investigation into the town’s water supply by renowned environmental activist Erin Brockovich and her team during Town Council’s meeting last week. He had one request — for council to agree to converse with Brockovich’s team of specialists.

MHS hosts 2nd Annual Talent Show
