Many offices closed in Cherry Hill due to weather

With a state of emergency in effect in New Jersey, numerous places of business have decided to close their doors on March 14.

Township offices: Cherry Hill Township municipal offices are closed today due to inclement weather. Township offices expect to re-open on Wednesday. All recreation department classes or activities at either Croft Farm or the Carmen Tilelli Community Center are cancelled.

Trash pick-up: Trash pick-up will not take place in Cherry Hill today. Tuesday’s trash routes will be picked up on Wednesday this week. Wednesday’s routes will be picked up Thursday, Thursday’s routes will be picked on Friday and Friday’s routes will be picked up on Saturday.

State and county offices: All state and county offices are closed today due to weather. The Camden County Freeholder Board’s caucus meeting for tonight is cancelled and moved to Wednesday night at 6 p.m. at Rutgers-Camden.

Cherry Hill Public Library: The library is closed today due to inclement weather.

Cherry Hill Public Schools: All Cherry Hill Public Schools are closed today. All activities taking place at school buildings, including after school and evening activities, are cancelled.

Katz JCC: The Katz JCC is scheduled to open at 1 p.m. today, weather permitting. The Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center is closed and all after school programs are cancelled. There is no adult transportation or adult meal program today.

Cherry Hill Mall: The mall is open for normal business hours today. Some stores may not open due to the weather, however.
