Mt. Laurel Garden Club seeking high school students to apply for scholarship funds

The deadline for scholarship applications to be received is April 1.

The Mt. Laurel Garden Club awards scholarship money in the amount of $1,000 to a student(s) that resides in Mt. Laurel and is graduating from high school in the year of the award.

The review process will start April 1 and the club encourages qualified students to participate.

Qualified applicants must complete the application form and complete an essay as outlined on the form.

The application form can be accessed online at the club’s website and printed out.

The student’s high school must submit a transcript of the student’s grades, including class ranking and a letter of recommendation from a high school teacher, guidance counselor or principal.

If any of the above information is not submitted as required, the application cannot be processed. Applicants should submit completed forms to the high school guidance department so other required documents could be attached before mailing.
