Crimes were committed between December 2016 and January 2017
Rachel Galbreath of Erie, Pennsylvania was arrested Monday in connection with the theft of wallets, pocketbooks and other items. Haddonfield detectives said that Galbreath is accused of smashing the windows of vehicles to steal the items. The crimes spanned from December 2016 through January of this year. Galbreath confessed to the offenses and was remanded to the Camden County Jail.
