Mt. Laurel Police report arrest of two college-aged students at Funplex on Jan. 13

At 1:08 p.m. on Jan. 13, Mt. Laurel Police responded to the Funplex for the report of a large group of college age students causing a disturbance at the park.

At 1:08 p.m. on Jan. 13, Mt. Laurel Police responded to the Funplex on Route 38 for the report of a large group of college age students causing a disturbance at the park. The responding officers encountered a large group waiting for their tour bus in the parking lot acting disorderly.

Officers arrested He Harrison, age 20, of New York after he urinated in the parking lot in front of officers and other patrons. He was also found in possession of a fraudulent driver’s license. He was charged with lewdness and possession of false government document. He was released and transported to a hospital due to a suspected high level of intoxication.

Officers also arrested David B. Ney, age 21, of Brooklyn, N.Y., after he became uncooperative during the investigation and attempted to walk away from an investigating officer. He was charged with obstruction and released pending a court hearing.
