Citizen tip leads Evesham Police Department to drug arrest

Stephen Nastasi, age 24, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree possession of heroin and third-degree possession of Xanex.

The following information is on file with the Evesham Police Department:

On Jan. 10, at approximately 6 p.m., Evesham Police Officers responded to a report of two males sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Meeting House Square Shopping Center, 300 Greentree Road, acting suspicious.

Officers located the subjects described by the caller and during the investigation Evesham Police arrested one of the males for being in possession of six bags of heroin along with illegal pharmaceutical pills.

Arrested:

Stephen Nastasi, age 24, of Marlton, was charged with third-degree possession of heroin, third-degree possession of Xanex and a disorderly persons offense for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
