Cherry Hill resident named newest partner at Hyland Levin

Stacy Asbell was recently named a partner at Hyland Levin LLP Attorneys At Law. Asbell concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law.

Cherry Hill resident Stacy Asbell has recently been named a partner at Hyland Levin LLP Attorneys At Law.

Asbell concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law. She regularly represents clients in the acquisition, financing and disposition of office, retail and industrial properties, as well as lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. She also advises clients on commercial and retail leasing issues and matters of estate planning and administration.

Before joining Hyland Levin in 2010, Asbell practiced at both large and mid-sized law firms in the Delaware Valley. She is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Asbell is involved actively in local community organizations. She recently completed her term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Service.

In May 2013, Stacy received the John Adler Government Advocacy Mission Award for her work in advocating for those in need in South Jersey.

Asbell is a graduate of Dickinson College (bachelor’s degree, cum laude, 1992), Eagleton Institute of Politics (master’s degree, 1995) and the Rutgers University School of Law — Camden (doctorate, with honors, 1996).
