The borough has released the following information in regards to holiday scheduling:
•Borough offices will be open all day on Friday, Dec. 30 and closed on Friday, Dec. 23, Monday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 2.
•Public Works will be open on Saturday, Dec. 24 and Saturday, Dec. 31 from 7 a.m. to noon.
•The borough’s annual reorganization meeting will be held on Saturday, Jan. 7 at 10 a.m. at Borough Hall. Bernadette Russell and Mindie Weiner will be sworn into office and the mayor and council’s annual appointments will be announced.
•Regular trash will be collected on Friday, Dec. 23 and Friday, Dec. 30. Leaf collection will end on Thursday, Dec. 22. Bulk trash will be collected curbside on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Curbside collection of brush and limbs will resume beginning Monday, Jan. 9 and will continue to happen on the second Monday of every month through October.
