Mt. Laurel Police warn residents to protect delivery packages from theft this holiday season:

It’s the holiday season, and while that can bring fun events and good times, it can also mean an increase of theft for the additional packages that are delivered and left unattended this holiday season. Check here for some tips from The Mt. Laurel Police Department to prevent such theft.

Mt Laurel MUA replaces aging water main in Mill Run neighborhood:

The Mt. Laurel Municipal Utilities Authority was busy recently replacing more than 1600 feet of water main in the Mill Run Section of Mt. Laurel at a cost of more $400,000. Read about the work and how this area experienced a high frequency of water main breaks during the past decade.

Former ballet dancer of Cleveland San Jose Ballet visits fourth grade at Larchmont Elementary:

Dr. Tamara Fisicaro from the Cleveland San Jose Ballet visited with Larchmont’s fourth-grade students during their music class today on Dec. 15. She was accompanied by ballerina Juliet Hay from Cherry Hill, who demonstrated various dance moves.

Mt. Laurel Police deal with group of ‘loitering’ donkeys behind residence on Dec. 10:

At 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10, Mt. Laurel Police officers were dispatched to investigate the report of a group of suspicious donkeys loitering behind a residence on the 200 block of Mt. Laurel Road. Check here for more on the event and a video.

Latest results in for lead testing of water in several Mt. Laurel District schools:

With a first round of lead tests completed for the water at Fleetwood Elemetnary School and Parkway Elementary School, no lead was detected in any of Fleetwood’s 13 water sources, and lead was detected in only one of 12 water sources at Parkway.
