Mt. Laurel first responders collecting non-perishable food for Charlie’s Kitchen

Charlie’s Kitchen, a non-profit effort, supports the food bank run by Catholic Charities located in Delanco.

Burlington County Firefighters Local 3091 has once again joined the Mt. Laurel Fire Department and EMS and the Burlington County Training Officers Association to support Charlie’s Kitchen.

Charlie’s Kitchen, a non-profit effort, supports the food bank run by Catholic Charities located in Delanco. Non-perishable food is distributed to families in need in Burlington County on a nondenominational basis.

This year the groups are collecting and donating twice, once for Christmas and once again for Easter.

Christmas donations of non-perishable food will be accepted through Dec. 14 and Easter donations of non-perishable food will be collected from Feb 1, 2017 through April 5, 2017.

Food donations can be dropped off during normal business hours at Mt. Laurel EMS Station 369 at 201 Masonville Road, or Mt. Laurel Fire Department Stations 361 Masonville, 362 Fellowship or 363 Birchfield.

For monetary donations, make checks payable to I.A.F.F. Local #3091.
