Mt. Laurel Police arrest suspected serial burglar

The suspect was identfied in burglaries at Friendly’s Restaurant, Carlucci’s Restaurant, Angelos II Restaurant and Gel Nail Salon.

At approximately 7 a.m. on Nov. 10, Mt. Laurel Police executed a search warrant at the residence of a male, age 21, of Sternlight Drive, in Mt. Laurel.

The male was identified as a suspect in the recent string of commercial burglaries at the Friendly’s Restaurant, Carlucci’s Restaurant, Angelos II Restaurant, and Gel Nail Salon.

He was subsequently arrested and charged with six counts of burglary, six counts of theft, six counts of criminal mischief, possession of crack cocaine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

Bail was set at $65,000 with no 10 percent option and he was committed to the Burlington County Jail.
