The project has been tentatively rescheduled for April of 2017.
Evesham Township officials and the Evesham Township Police Department have announced that they have successfully worked with the Burlington County Road Department in delaying the Taunton Lake Road Bridge Repair Project.
Originally, the project was set to begin on or about Nov. 9 and was expected to last until on or about Wednesday, Nov. 23.
The project has been tentatively rescheduled for April of 2017.

According to officials, the delay in the project will allow additional planning to lessen the impact the road construction will have on the Evesham community.
Officials say they are working with Burlington County, local police and the Department of Public Works in planning for a smooth closure in 2017.
