Volunteer Center of Burlington County looking for tax counselors and client facilitators

The AARP has a program in Burlington County for seniors so as that other low and moderate income persons will be able to have their 2016 taxes done for free by certified tax counselors.

The AARP has a program in Burlington County for seniors so as that other low and moderate income persons will be able to have their 2016 taxes done for free by certified tax counselors.

The Volunteer Center of Burlington County is looking for volunteer Tax Counselors and Client Facilitators. Training is provided. There are eleven sites located around the county. The sites will be open from Feb. 1 through April 15.

Information on the location of the sites can be found on the AARP home page site, the Office On Aging, and most county libraries and local newspapers.

One does not have to be a member of AARP or be a senior to utilize these services or to participate as a preparer.
