Bilazarian says there’s a “revolution” in psychotherapy happening today.

She writes about a mind-body technique using self-applied acupressure, called the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT rapidly desensitizes upset by profoundly calming the body, while simultaneously discussing the upset. She also incorporates tested techniques.
