At 7:24 p.m. on Sept. 29, Mt. Laurel Police located a disabled vehicle on Walt Whitman Avenue near Mt. Laurel Road. During the investigation officers arrested a female, age 43, of Shamong. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a court hearing.
On May 8 Mt. Laurel Police investigated a theft that took place at the 7–11 on Marne Highway. The investigation revealed that an employee stole $1013.48. A warrant was issued for a male, age 18, of Pennsauken, charging him with theft. On Sept. 27 the male was arrested by another law enforcement agency and turned over to Mt. Laurel Police. Bail was set at $2,500 with a 10 percent option. The male was committed to the Burlington County Jail.
A resident on the first block of Arianas Court reported that their residence was burglarized. The investigation revealed that between 11:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. on Sept. 27 someone forced open the front door of the residence. The suspect(s) searched through dresser drawers in the master bedroom however, nothing was taken.
At 1 a.m. on Sept. 26, an unlocked vehicle parked on the 800 block of Courtney Way was entered. Cash, an Apple Macbook Air, a Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag, and a Gucci wallet were stolen.
On Sept. 24, Mt. Laurel Police responded to 75 Marter Ave. for a criminal mischief report. A door to a warehouse was forced open causing damage to the door sometime during the overnight hours. Entry was gained into the warehouse, however, it is under construction and nothing is kept there. A previously unreported incident occurred on Sept. 17.
At 11:09 p.m. on Sept. 23, Mt. Laurel Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Church Street near Academy Drive. During the stop officers arrested a male, age 41, of Mt. Laurel. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a court hearing.
