Haddonfield Police Reports for Sept. 9 to Sept. 20

The following reports are on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:

On Sept. 20, a man of Audubon was arrested after an alert patrol officer observed him in the act of stealing a bicycle. He confessed to detectives for being responsible for numerous other bicycle thefts throughout the borough. He was charged with six counts of bicycle theft and remanded to the Camden County Jail. Haddonfield Detectives previously arrested the man in August for bicycle thefts as well. There have been numerous bike thefts since August. Please remember to lock your bicycles, Haddonfield Police said.

On Sept. 19, a victim of the 500 block of Warwick Road reported sometime between 12:10 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sept. 19 an unknown actor forcefully entered the home through a side door. The master bedroom and guestroom were found ransacked and items appeared to be missing. Det. Cpl. Danielle Mueller arrived and processed the scene.

On Sept. 17, a resident of the first block of West Summit Avenue reported an unlocked vehicle had been entered sometime overnight, but nothing was taken.

On Sept. 9, a 21-year-old male of Wenonah and 20-year-old female of Cherry Hill were stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Grove Street and Beechwood Avenue and found to be in possession of marijuana. The defendants were arrested, processed and given summonses.
