The award winners appeared in a special section of the September issue of Philadelphia Magazine. Five Star Professional partnered with Philadelphia Magazine to conduct research to identify a select group of real estate agents who are exceptional in both their ability and their commitment to overall satisfaction.
The final list of Greater Philadelphia Five Star Real Estate Agents is a select group, representing less than 2 percent of real estate agents in the area. A survey was provided to all Greater Philadelphia area residents who purchased a home over a pre-defined minimum ($100,000-$200,000) within an eight to 36-month period (depending on market size). Respondents were asked to evaluate real estate agents they knew, through personal experience, based on a list of criteria.
