A detour has been in place on Cooper Landing Road this week to accommodate the ongoing repaving project.
The detour put into place on Cooper Landing Road in Cherry Hill earlier this week will remain in effect through Friday.
Cherry Hill Police announced on their Facebook page on Thursday morning the detour on Cooper Landing Road between Route 70 and Chapel Avenue would continue from 7 a.m. to about 4 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday of this week.
Earlier this week, Cooper Landing Road was closed to southbound traffic between Route 70 and Chapel Avenue. One-way traffic for motorists traveling from Route 70 to Chapel Avenue is still open.
Local side streets remain right turn only for northbound traffic in addition, Valley Run Drive is closed at Cooper Landing Road.
The closures are due to the ongoing repaving of Cooper Landing road between Route 70 and Route 38. The project should be completed within six months.
