Summer Concert Series starts July 6 at Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton
The Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton has announced their 13th annual Summer Concert Series running from July 6 to Aug. 31. Every Wednesday night from 6:30 through 8:30 p.m., music fans of all ages are invited to enjoy a variety of styles including jazz, popular rock and roll, country, blues, and more. All concerts during The Promenade’s Summer Concert Series are free to visitors and will take place in Center Court with plenty of room for dancing or sitting in lawn chairs, and having dinner from one of the many restaurant choices. The Promenade is pet friendly too.
Performances scheduled for the Summer Concert Series include new artists along with returning favorites: Kicking off the season on July 6 are The Beat Tells; with songs and tribute, next a welcome appearance by Jeffrey Gaines on July 13, and the impressive Vanessa Collier Blues Band on July 20. Long time rock band, The Peace Creeps, finishes the first month on July 27. Swing into August with Philadelphia’s The Swinging Foxes on August’s first Wednesday show, Aug. 3, and the Sons of Pitches from Chambersberg, Pa. on Aug. 10. The grooving Ginger Coyle Band performs Aug. 17, and Shaun Ruymen Band returns to The Promenade on August 24. The Summer Concert Series culminates with a soul celebration when All Souled Out plays on Aug. 31.
