On Saturday, June 11, Medford United Methodist Church (MUMC) will host its 22nd annual barbecue in benefit of church ministries. Congregants and neighbors are invited to come out and savor chicken or pulled pork while enjoying the sounds of band, No Excuses, starting at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 per adult and $5 for a child’s hot dog. Also onsite, the Busy Bees’s of MUMC will be hosting a silent auction with offerings from local vendors.
The auction will offer guests a chance to bid on gift baskets both large and small. A variety of gift cards are available from vendors like Murphy’s, Rastellis, Salon Pure and more. Also collected are baskets overflowing with sports memorabilia and game tickets.
The event is rain or shine, eat-in or take-out and it is open to all area families from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
