On May 20 at 2:35 p.m., a “suspicious person” approached a group of children and a parent, near a neighborhood elementary school on Conestoga Drive. The unknown man asked probing questions related to the children’s mode of transportation to and from school which raised concern with the adult who was present.
The male is described as a 40–50 year old white man with salt and pepper hair, wearing a gray Villanova t-shirt and blue jeans.
