Moorestown Theater Company is presenting the Delaware Valley Community Theater premiere of the condensed version of the Disney favorite Mary Poppins as its annual spring children’s musical with Disney’s Mary Poppins, Jr. A 55-member cast will perform this Academy Award and Tony Award-winning musical, which features such memorable characters as Bert, Mr. Banks, Mrs. Banks, Jane Banks, Michael Banks, and of course Mary Poppins. The show has such great songs as “Chim-Chim-Cher-ee,” “Jolly Holiday,” “A Spoonful Of Sugar,‟ and “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”
Disney’s Mary Poppins, Jr. will be performed at the William Allen Middle School, 801 N. Stanwick Road in Moorestown, on Thursday, May 12 at 7 p.m., Friday, May 13 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, May 14 at 2 p.m. and 7
p.m. Tickets are $12.
