Medford Police arrest woman for possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia

The following information was provided by the Medford Township Police Department.

On May 8 at 10:10 p.m., Medford Township Police responded to a residence on Wrenthan Drive for a report of a disorderly female.

Upon arrival, patrols made contact with a 26-year-old woman from Philadelphia. Through an on-scene investigation, patrols determined she was in possession of heroin and related paraphernalia. She was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Medford Township Police headquarters for processing.

She was later charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of CDS paraphernalia before being released on summons complaints, pending her court appearance in the Medford Township Municipal Court.
