Moorestown Police Reports for March 19 to March 31

The following reports are on file with the Moorestown Police Department:

On March 19, a 48-year-old male of Philadelphia was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He concealed men’s cologne and clothing valued at $200 from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. He was released on a summons.

On March 20, a 63-year-old female of Philadelphia was arrested and charged with shoplifting. She concealed a women’s purse and perfume valued at $534 from Macy’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. She was committed to the Burlington County Jail on $2,500 bail.

On March 23, a 28-year-old mane of Mt. Laurel was arrested and charged with shoplifting. He concealed a man’s watch valued at $57.95 from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. He was released on a summons.

On March 28, it was reported that on March 25 a watch and a ring were stolen from a locker at the Virtua Health Club on Young Ave. The total value was $700.

On March 30, it was reported a number of vehicles were entered on Pine Street. A pack of cigarettes valued at $7 were taken from one vehicle and a Garmin GPS and $30 in cash were taken from another. The suspect(s) also went through items in another vehicle, but nothing seems to have been taken.

On March 30, it was reported a vehicle on Harding Avenue was entered, but it appears nothing was taken.

On March 30, a victim’s purse was stolen from a locker at Powerback Rehabilitation on Marter Avenue. The purse contained ID cards, debit and credit cards.

On March 31, it was reported a chain saw, a dirt tiller and a generator were stolen from a shed on Pine St. The unlocked shed was entered sometime between March 27 and March 31. The total value of the equipment is $1,525.
