The following was provided by the Haddonfield Civic Association Neighborhood Watch:
On April 30, at approximately 3:15 p.m., officers received a report of a possible incident of lewdness in the area of Hawthorne and Haddon Avenues. At that time four juveniles observed a man next to some bushes on a telephone with his back turned. As the juveniles approached the suspect appeared startled and turned around. The suspect was observed to have his zipper lowered, with exposed genitalia. The suspect then turned around and walked away, remaining on his phone the entire time.
At no point did the subject communicate with the juveniles in any manner.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s, about five foot nine inches with short black hair, wearing sunglasses, a black leather jacket and blue jeans, last seen walking away from the juveniles.
