“Women love attending and often bring friends and family,” said Freeholder Carmen Rodriguez, liaison to the Camden County Department of Health which organizes the event. “Camden County’s Department of Health and Human Services does an excellent job of finding the best experts on a wide variety of topics to present workshops as they plan for a successful day for everyone. It is always a great day of knowledge, fitness and fun. It is a day for women to both educate and enjoy themselves.”

Experts from around the region will lead interactive workshops on health; nutrition and exercise; family; mind, body and spirit; and, professional and financial wellness. The day’s activities will also include a health and wellness exhibitor fair, keynote speaker CBS3 Meteorologist Katie Fehlinger, continental breakfast, lunch, giveaways and much more.

“There is something for everyone at this year’s Women’s Health Conference from yoga, Merengue dancing or advice on healthy habits to exploring a new career, self-branding or planning for your financial future,” Rodriguez said. “I hope that you will come and join us for a day that will inform you, energize you and leave you healthy and smiling.”
